Data and purpose
Only public material approved for publication is displayed. Contact requests collect request type, name, email, optional organization, subject and message for replies and follow-up. Ratings and suggestions support content improvement and are not public. There are no audience accounts or file uploads.
Providers and location
This version uses Google Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions, Firebase Authentication, Firestore and App Check. The backend and Firestore are in europe-west1; this does not guarantee that all Google service data stays in Europe. This version does not use Supabase or Cloudflare for form processing. No marketing analytics have been added.
Verification and security
App Check uses reCAPTCHA Enterprise to verify requests; Google may receive technical browser and connection information. Passwords and sign-in tokens are not stored in site content. Administration is restricted to the authorized owner account. Google sign-in alone does not certify two-factor protection of the Google account.
Cookies and technical records
The administrator uses a Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict __session cookie for no more than 15 minutes. Anonymous interaction may use the same cookie name for a random deduplication identifier for up to 365 days; this never grants administrator access. One-use proof hashes and request limits are stored without the original verification token. Test logs do not record message contents.
Retention and deletion
The proposed policy is 12 months from creation for messages, ratings and suggestions, with a documented, review-dated exception for ongoing requests, and 24 months for audit records. Automated deletion is not enabled in this preview. Backup locations, recovery-key custody and a deletion-decision reference need operational approval before launch. Complete erasure of older copies is not claimed.
Your requests
Use the contact form to request correction or deletion, providing only what is necessary to identify your request. Do not send passwords or secrets. Requests are reviewed privately. Your information is not published, sold or used for advertising.
Content terms
Works and references remain attributed to their owners. Inclusion does not establish peer review or scientific acceptance unless supported explicitly. Obtain permission before republishing unlicensed material. Do not submit harmful or unlawful content or other people’s private information without authority.
